My career began at an early age with case management and advocacy work utilizing mentorship and trauma informed practices to support the community I worked with. Overall, I have been in the mental health field for at least 18 years with both professional and personal experiences shaping the direction I now find myself witnessing with clients. Trained in Human Services for undergrad and as an Expressive Arts Therapist in counseling for my masters, my specialty remains general and trauma based within the child, teen, adult and family/couples type services. Now, you will find my focus is working with clients that identify with inflammatory disorders or "sick and tired of feeling sick and tired". This can range anywhere from autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, brain fog, attention & focus struggles, nervous system and emotion regulation, self-esteem, food and medical allergies, learning disabilities, and neuroinflammatory issues such as PANS/PANDAS, Lyme & co infections, and metabolic challenges presenting psychologically, and mold & related issues. Often the population can look like neurodiverse (ADHD/ASD), learning disability, anxiety and/or depression, complex trauma, PTSD, survivor of abuse or mistreatment, developmental trauma, and general life transitions or adjustments. When working with me you will share a space of safety for somatical and functional minded, root cause supported, treatment that meets your needs individually. Other services: Energy Healing, Coaching
