Introduction

I support teens, college students, and young adults navigating life transitions, self-esteem, body image, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and relationships. Whether your brain never shuts off or you feel generally overwhelmed, I am here to help quiet the noise. If you feel like the mirror is controlling your life and worry you'll never have a healthy relationship with your body, we’ll work to foster a more compassionate, loving relationship with yourself. Finding your people, navigating new challenges, and searching for community can be intimidating. Together, we'll strengthen your sense of self-worth and learn how to build meaningful connections I practice from a person-centered, values-based approach tailored to help each client find what best aligns with their goals and brings them fulfillment in life. Therapy with me is not only about working through current challenges but also about highlighting the strengths you already possess within. As your therapist, I will meet you in every session with warmth and compassion, striving to create a space where you feel seen and safe. Life is busy, and the world can feel scary, sessions with me are a place to explore our fears and learn how to overcome the inevitable obstacles that come our way.
