As a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) with a Master’s in Social Work and four years of experience, I’m passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges and helping them find healing, balance, and growth. I work with children, teens, young adults, adults, and older adults, recognizing that every stage of life brings unique experiences and struggles. Supporting moms and women’s health is a special passion of mine. I’m passionate about helping women navigate the emotional, mental, and relational challenges that can come with motherhood and the many transitions throughout a woman’s life. Whether you’re adjusting to motherhood, balancing the demands of family and work, experiencing burnout, navigating relationship challenges, or trying to prioritize your own well-being while caring for others, I strive to provide a compassionate, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. I also support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflict, stress, and major life transitions. My approach is individualized and collaborative, drawing on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based techniques, and trauma-focused interventions. Together, we’ll explore what works best for you and your needs. Christian counseling is also available upon request. I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families through both in-person and telehealth.
