Introduction

Finding the right psychologist is about more than credentials or expertise. It’s about finding someone you feel comfortable with; someone who genuinely listens, understands, and connects with you. With over 20 years of experience, I bring warmth, compassion, and a genuine curiosity about people and their stories to my work. I provide psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults in both Oregon and Florida through convenient telehealth appointments, helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, relationships, grief, parenting challenges, and life’s many transitions. I also have specialized expertise in women’s mental health, including reproductive and postpartum experiences, perimenopause, menopause, and caregiver stress. In Bend, Oregon, I offer in-person psychological and educational evaluations, with particular emphasis on giftedness, ADHD, learning disabilities, and documentation for academic and standardized testing accommodations, including the SAT and ACT. My goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized assessments that help clients and families gain clarity, understand their strengths, and move forward with confidence.
