Hello! I became a therapist because I love to help others. I currently specialize in working with teens, young adults, and parents. I also specialize in working with those who have experienced trauma by utilizing Accelerated Resolution Therapy (bilateral stimulation to reprocess traumatic events). I enjoy taking a person centered approach to meet my clients where they are at; while making the therapeutic environment comfortable and safe.
