I provide therapy for children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, or patterns that feel difficult to shift. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapy, and experiential methods, and I use these flexibly depending on what’s most helpful for each person and what they’re working through. Some parts of therapy are more structured and skill-based, focusing on thoughts, emotions, and coping strategies. Other parts are more reflective, looking at patterns in relationships and past experiences that continue to show up in the present. At times, we may also slow things down in the moment to notice and work with what’s happening emotionally during session. I also incorporate experiential and expressive approaches, such as art, music, play-based activities, and role-play, when they fit the work and help support expression or understanding in a more accessible way. My focus is on helping people make sense of what they’re experiencing, feel more grounded in themselves, and find ways of responding to life that feel more manageable and sustainable over time.
