Introduction

Hi, I’m Brittany! Do you look like you’ve got it all together… but inside feel anxious, drained, or overwhelmed? Patterns like people-pleasing, perfectionism, or codependency can leave you over-giving and battling self-doubt. Whether you’re struggling with self-esteem, stuck in old cycles, navigating complicated relationships, or weighed down by everyday stress, it’s normal to feel like you’ve lost yourself along the way. I’ve been there, too. I know what it’s like to lose yourself in a toxic relationship, feel stuck in an anxious spiral, or feel like your needs are “too much.” That lived experience fuels my passion for helping others heal, grow, and reconnect with their worth. I specialize in helping high-achieving millennial women and couples in Arizona heal from what’s keeping them stuck. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences, attachment styles, and relationship patterns show up in your life today. With training from The Meadows, I use a trauma-informed, attachment-based approach, including Post Induction Therapy (PIT – Inner Child Healing) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to help you manage your emotions, build self-trust, set boundaries without guilt, and create the healthy relationships you’ve been craving. I bring curiosity, compassion, and humor to therapy because this work is serious, but it doesn’t always have to feel heavy. I offer flexible in-person and telehealth sessions. Schedule your free intro call directly through this page by clicking “Request Appointment,” and let’s take the first step toward the peace and healing you deserve!
