I specialize in helping high-achieving millennial women and couples in Arizona heal from what’s keeping them stuck. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences, attachment styles, and relationship patterns show up in your life today. With training from The Meadows, I use a trauma-informed, attachment-based approach, including Post Induction Therapy (PIT – Inner Child Healing) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to help you manage your emotions, build self-trust, set boundaries without guilt, and create the healthy relationships you’ve been craving.
