Introduction

Hello! My name is Brittany Wallace, I am a Marriage and Family Therapy student intern at Capella University. I believe that healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and valued. My work centers on helping couples, families, and children build healthier communication with each other. Which will help navigate grief, different life transitions and stages, and reconnect with the parts of themselves and each other that may have gotten lost along the way. Before entering the field, I spent five years as a teacher and continue to serve as a senior advocate. These experiences that taught me the power of patience, empathy, and lifelong growth. I approach sessions with warmth, curiosity, and a genuine love for helping people rediscover their strengths. In sessions, I aim to create a safe, open space where happiness and vulnerability can coexist, and where clients feel empowered to move forward with confidence and compassion.
