Introduction

My name is Brittany Walters Hard and I'm a trauma-informed licensed professional counselor with advanced certification in substance use and addictive behaviors. I get how messy and meaningful the seasons of life can be. It's my passion and a true privilege to help folks find their voices and self-worth. I’m here to walk with you through anxiety, burnout, identity changes, major life transitions, grief, rebuilding self-confidence, and interrupting old patterns that keep you stuck. While working together, we'll explore what’s beneath the surface and reconnect you with your truest self while honoring you as the expert of your own experience. By combining evidence-based practices with strategies designed just for you, I help you develop stronger boundaries, greater insight, and the confidence to prioritize yourself. I believe healing should honor your whole self, not just a diagnosis or a behavior. You’re not a problem to fix. You’re a full, complex human, worthy of care that meets you where you are! Our work will be rooted in your lived experience, your values, and your vision for the life you want to build. Everything you share is vital to your journey. Do you relate to a certain reality tv star or movie character? Did a TikTok seem a little toooo relatable? Let's explore that! All information is welcome in our sessions! When we work together, it's more than just therapy. It’s an environment there is space for your tears, your dark humor, and your joy. We can honor all emotions, even protective ones, like that pesky anger that seems to pop up at the worst times. Our sessions are all about creating space for your truth, your story, your energy. You don't need to have the perfect words or a neat timeline. Just bring you, exactly as you are. I'll meet you there!
