I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a master’s degree in Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counseling. I became a therapist after witnessing firsthand how deeply co-occurring disorders and substance use can affect individuals. Seeing so many people struggle without the right support inspired me to create a space where people feel understood, supported, and not alone. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, emotional regulation, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and other concerns unique to each individual. While these are common areas I support, I recognize that every person’s story is different. My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to you. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, we work together to understand what’s bringing you in, identify meaningful goals, and move forward at a pace that feels comfortable. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re unsure where to begin. My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, accepted, and empowered. You don’t need to have everything figured out to start — just a willingness to show up. I also offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can determine if we’re a good fit. I look forward to connecting with you.
