I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your full self and feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, sociocultural issues, complex trauma, abuse, and infant and maternal mental health concerns. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals with intersecting marginalized identities and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. My approach is warm, empathetic, non-judgmental, and centered on meeting you where you are. My work is rooted in Humanistic, Existential, and Attachment-Based therapies, while also incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Social-Emotional Learning, Somatic Therapy, and Mindfulness based on your individual needs. I strive to build an authentic therapeutic relationship where you can better understand yourself, develop meaningful tools, and work toward personal growth in a way that feels right for you.
