Introduction

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including community-based clinics, domestic violence non-profits, and the tech industry. A significant part of my work focuses on individuals who serve in the military and medical communities—populations that often experience high stress levels, burnout, and complex family dynamics. I am passionate about supporting families because fractured families tend to lead to fractured futures at an individual, relational, and global level. My clinical experience with family systems includes perinatal and postpartum individuals/couples. Engaged/Newlyweds, Couples that have been married for years, and Blended Families. Ultimately, my goal as a clinician is to create a space where people feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate their relationships and personal challenges with resilience.
