Before becoming a counselor, I spent more than a decade working in fast-paced marketing and startup environments. I know firsthand what it feels like to be high-achieving and perpetually exhausted, to perform in a culture that wasn't designed with your values, your identity, or your humanity in mind. I know how easy it can be to lose ourselves in the pursuit of external success and how disorienting it can be to finally stop and ask: who am I outside of what I produce? I approach counseling from a humanistic and existential lens. I believe that we are all born whole and that much of our adult lives are spent trying to reclaim that wholeness, often after years of contorting ourselves to fit into spaces that were never quite built for us. My approach is relational, experiential, and collaborative. I draw from psychodynamic theory, somatic awareness, and parts work (IFS) and offer a supportive space where clients can reconnect with their own meaning and values. I offer therapy for individuals and couples in New York (virtual statewide and in person in NYC.)
