Hi, I’m Brittney. Welcome! Growing up in a rural community in California, I experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to access quality mental health care. That experience inspired my passion for helping others and continues to shape my commitment to creating a space where every client feels supported, understood, and never alone in their journey. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology before completing my Master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage, Child, and Family Therapy. I have completed training as a Certified Grief-Informed Professional and remain committed to ongoing education so I can continue providing thoughtful, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership. Every person brings a unique story, so I tailor my approach by drawing from evidence-based therapies that best fit your needs, strengths, and goals. I strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable, respected, and understood. Whether you’re navigating grief, relationship difficulties, major life changes, chronic illness, or feeling stuck, my role is to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, build on your existing strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.
