Introduction

As a therapist, my goal is to provide a safe atmosphere where clients feel relaxed and comfortable. I focus on building accepting and trustworthy relationships with those I work with and strive to be genuine in all encounters. I utilized CBT and approach therapy sessions with a person-centered perspective. I am also trained in EMDR therapy to help assist people move forward from past and present traumas. I am a licensed professional counselor and obtained my bachelors degree in psychology in 2014 and my masters in professional counseling and in curriculum and development in 2018. I specialize in working with people with depression, anxiety, PTSD and autism spectrum disorder.
