Introduction

You may feel overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, or stuck carrying experiences that continue to affect your daily life. Perhaps you're navigating a difficult life transition, struggling in relationships, recovering from trauma, or finding it hard to manage stress and emotions. Whatever brought you here, therapy can provide a space to better understand what you're experiencing and develop tools to move forward. As a military veteran, I understand the challenges that come with major life transitions, high-pressure environments, and the impact that difficult experiences can have on emotional well-being. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions, including veterans and individuals adjusting to significant personal or professional changes. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and collaborative, incorporating CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based strategies tailored to your unique needs. Seeking support can be difficult, especially when you're used to handling everything on your own. I provide a welcoming, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. Together, we'll build healthier coping skills, process challenges, and work toward greater emotional balance, confidence, and lasting personal growth.
