Introduction

Life can feel overwhelming, and sometimes knowing where to start is the hardest part. Whether you're navigating personal struggles, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to figure it all out on your own. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, supervised by Allison Besio, LPC-S, providing counseling for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loss, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and more. My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and collaborative, combining evidence-based techniques with practical tools to help you better understand yourself, strengthen relationships, and move forward with confidence. **Counseling isn't one-size-fits-all, and your options shouldn't be either.** I offer traditional in-office sessions, convenient virtual counseling, and equine-assisted therapy utilizing groundwork with horses. Equine-assisted sessions provide a unique, hands-on opportunity to explore emotions, build confidence, improve communication, and develop self-awareness without relying solely on traditional talk therapy. With **flexible scheduling, including daytime, evening, and weekend appointments**, counseling can fit into your life rather than becoming another source of stress. My goal is to provide a comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can show up as you are, work through challenges at your own pace, and develop skills that carry over into everyday life. **Services are self-pay**, with rates varying by session type and length. A limited number of sliding-scale appointments may be available. Not sure if counseling is right for you or which approach would be the best fit? **I offer a FREE 30-minute consultation** to answer questions, discuss your needs, and explore your options. You don't have to have everything figured out to take the first step. **Let's find a path forward that works for you.**
