I work primarily with women moving through anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, and seasons of transition, especially those who’ve spent a long time holding it together for others. Many of my clients are creatives, caretakers, students, or high performing women who are longing for a place where they don’t have to perform or mask. My approach is narrative, existential, and systems-informed. That means we take time to understand your story, your culture, the patterns and roles you’ve carried, and the wider context that shaped how you learned to survive. Therapy isn’t about fixing you; it’s about making meaning, reconnecting with yourself, and gently exploring who you’re becoming. Alongside conversation, I welcome creativity, embodiment, mindfulness, and humor, whatever helps you feel more like you again. Your story is still unfolding, and it’s okay if you’re not sure what comes next. If you’re ready for a space to explore, heal, and reimagine your life, I’d love to support you in this next chapter.
