My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered to explore their experiences. I take an active and collaborative approach to therapy, working closely with each individual to foster greater self-understanding and support meaningful, lasting change. My work is grounded in an integrative model that draws from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Contemporary Psychodynamic Theory, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), all viewed through a multicultural lens. I believe that a strong, client-centered therapeutic relationship is at the heart of personal growth and well-being. Together, we’ll identify meaningful goals, deepen insight, and develop practical skills to enhance resilience and support long-term success.
