Hi, I’m Brittny, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with experience supporting teens, adults, couples, and families across a range of treatment settings, including partial hospitalization programs (PHP), residential treatment centers, and outpatient care. My clinical work has allowed me to walk alongside individuals navigating a wide variety of challenges both acute and long-term. I specialize in working with concerns related to eating disorders and body image, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, and family dynamics. I also work with couples at all stages from those planning a future together to those healing from the past helping them communicate better and rediscover closeness along the way. Sessions are available both in-person and via telehealth, depending on your needs and preferences. I take an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the individual, couple, or family in front of me. While I draw from a range of evidence-based practices, I’m especially grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person Centered Therapy, Family Systems, and the Gottman Method for couple's work. Whether we’re working on managing emotions, improving communication, healing relational patterns, or building lasting connection, I’ll collaborate with you to find a path that feels both effective and authentic.
