Many of the people I work with are teens and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, or difficult life transitions and want to better understand their emotions and feel more in control of their lives. You might find yourself overthinking everything, feeling overwhelmed by daily responsibilities, or noticing that you’re more irritable or emotionally drained than you used to be. Others come in feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure about what direction they want their life to take. Therapy can be a place where you slow down, talk through what’s going on, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing. In our sessions, my goal is to create a supportive and comfortable space where you feel safe being honest about what’s on your mind. Together we’ll work on increasing awareness of your thoughts and emotions while also building practical tools you can use outside of session. I often use approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered counseling, and mindfulness strategies to help clients understand their patterns, develop healthier coping skills, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.
