When we embrace the fact that mental health IS health, it's easier to accept that we need someone to talk to about life’s challenges. I have been practicing as a Professional Counselor since 2016. I place high value on developing a strong therapeutic relationship and will make every effort to understand who you are as an individual, and your lived experiences. It will be my priority to create a space where you will feel as safe and comfortable as possible to share your story with me. I believe everyone has the power within themselves to make meaningful change in their life; my role is to help you draw upon your strengths, support your growth and healing, and give you tools to better handle life's challenges as they come. I am open to working with a wide range of concerns and individuals, and have a particular interest in working with college students, student-athletes, new parents, and survivors of trauma. I am effective in assisting others with setting stronger boundaries, increasing self-awareness, and enhancing ones sense of meaning and purpose through values congruent living. On a personal note...I am a wife and mother who values my family above all else. I enjoy crafting, being outdoors, and a good cup of coffee.
