Introduction

Truce Therapy & Wellness, PLLC is rooted in the belief that the choice to pursue therapy is much like calling a truce with oneself. It is a courageous step toward peace, healing, and partnership with the parts of ourselves we often battle with. It is the recognition that it’s possible to lessen suffering and elevate joy, both within ourselves and our relationships. By understanding your unique strengths and adaptive skills, I am committed to helping you cultivate a home base of internal trust to draw upon in life’s difficult moments … and I am just as eager to celebrate your wins. My approach is integrative, blending evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral, Narrative, Mindfulness-based, IFS-informed, and Solution-focused therapies. I consider it a tremendous honor to walk alongside folks as an empowering guide as they write the rest of their stories. I welcome the opportunity to connect if you feel we could be a good match. "We're all just walking each other home." -Ram Dass
