From an early age, I have been deeply curious about human behavior and the experiences that shape how people move through the world. Over time, this curiosity evolved into a passion for creating spaces where individuals can safely explore their inner experiences without fear of judgment. My work is grounded in fostering resilience, supporting clients in navigating life’s challenges, and helping them reconnect with and embrace their authentic selves. At the core of my practice is a commitment to honoring identity—both my own and those of the individuals I serve. As a proud queer, Jewish woman, I understand firsthand the importance of self-acceptance and the impact it has on one’s ability to heal and grow. This perspective informs my dedication to affirming the lived experiences of those within the LGBTQ+ community and individuals from historically excluded and underrepresented communities. I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients—particularly those impacted by systemic barriers—feel empowered, understood, and supported. With over a decade of experience, I work with individuals navigating neurodiversity, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I approach each client with intentionality and care, tailoring my work to meet their unique needs while maintaining an inclusive, affirming, and compassion-centered framework. My goal is for every person I work with to feel seen, valued, and supported as they move toward greater balance and fulfillment. At Eleven Eleven, clients are invited to explore their thoughts, emotions, and next steps at a pace that feels right for them. Together, we work through stress, coping strategies, relationship dynamics, boundary setting, and complex emotional experiences. Using a trauma-informed and collaborative approach, I aim to support and celebrate each client’s growth and resilience. I am currently accepting new clients in Pennsylvania and Florida for telehealth sessions.
