My areas of expertise include working with neurodivergent children, adolescents, and adults, as well as supporting parents, caregivers, partners, and loved ones. I also specialize in chronic illness, disease prognosis and adjustment, caregiver support for children with disabilities, anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict and disruption, and behavioral therapy for children and their caregivers. Additionally, I provide AFCC-informed services and support clients navigating complex family dynamics and life transitions. Using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach, I help clients develop greater awareness and insight into their experiences while identifying and building upon their existing strengths. Together, we work toward practical solutions for managing life’s challenges, improving relationships, and achieving meaningful goals. I have specialized training in behavioral interventions, challenging behaviors, chronic illness, disease prognosis, and adjustment to life changes.
