Introduction

I provide compassionate, non-judgmental care grounded in the belief that growth and healing happens when you feel truly seen. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Registered Dietitian (RD), I work with adults and elders navigating life's challenges. Areas I specialize in include anxiety, trauma, grief (death and non-death loss), chronic illness, body shape and size concerns and women's health issues. I welcome all individuals and meet you where you are with an individualized, holistic and relational approach. Other approaches including trauma informed, CBT and ACT are weaved in to complement the process and help you build resilience and find contentment. My training in both mental health and nutrition allows me to address the whole person, recognizing how our emotional and physical wellbeing are deeply connected. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, accept Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, and am currently accepting new clients. If you're ready to begin, I'm here to support you.
