Introduction

You deserve a space where you can feel accepted and seen for your true self. I specialize in helping women who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism and people-pleasing reconnect with their inner sense of self and worth. My style is warm, grounding, and collaborative. Together, we’ll explore the roots of your pain with curiosity and compassion, processing wounds, releasing shame, and fostering self-acceptance. I use EMDR, inner child work, and mindfulness skills focused on nervous system regulation. Going beyond talk therapy, we will integrate new beliefs and self-compassion, leading towards transformation. Much of our suffering stems from early experiences of toxic shame, pain we learned to carry quietly. My work is rooted in helping you unlearn that shame and return to your authentic self. I practice from a feminist, anti-racist, LGBTQ+ affirming, and Health at Every Size lens, recognizing how oppressive systems shape our stories. Doing deep, reflective work takes immense courage. My goal is to offer a space where you feel genuinely seen, safe, and supported as you do the work of healing. Growth can be challenging, but it’s also profoundly liberating. Healing isn’t about “fixing”, it’s about coming home to your true self.
