Introduction

Formally trained as a couple and family therapist, I've treated hundreds of individuals, families, and couples for 15 years. I have a special interest in working with Veterans and military families, having had the distinct honor of treating patients within the VA health care system for over a decade. I enjoy working with clients with a wide range of conditions, specializing in trauma/PTSD, depression, and relational difficulties within monogamous and consensual non-monogamous couples. I have extensive experience treating mental health conditions related to infertility and other reproductive complexities, as well as the perinatal population. I take pride in my ability to integrate compassionate care with straightforward feedback, planning, and execution. This is rooted in advanced, evidence-based training, with strong acknowledgement that treatment outcomes are highly influenced by the therapeutic relationship. My goal is to provide you with a safe space to heal, and the knowledge and expertise to support change.
