I developed my practice with an emphasis on both emotional healing and personal growth. While insight is important, I believe real transformation happens when we begin to shift the deeper patterns—especially those rooted in past experiences, attachment, and the nervous system. My work blends traditional psychotherapy with integrative, mind-body modalities, including EMDR, BrainTap, and sound healing. By working with both the conscious and subconscious, I help clients move beyond awareness and into meaningful, lasting change. I consider myself an out-of-the-box thinker, and I tailor each session to the individual. Some sessions are more reflective and exploratory, while others are more active and forward-moving.
