Introduction

You're probably tired. Maybe a little anxious about even being on this page. You've been carrying a lot for a long time and somewhere in you, you know something needs to shift. I work with women who are holding more than they let on. The job, the family, the friendships, and old wounds that showed up long before adulthood. Capable, self-aware, deeply feeling, and still running on empty. You've spent a long time making sure everyone else is okay. You're good at it. But somewhere along the way you got lost in all of it. The fact that you're here means part of you is ready. Anxiety, overthinking, and people pleasing connect to something deeper and that's where we go together. We slow down, get curious, and listen to what your body has been trying to tell you. You start to understand why you are the way you are and begin making choices that actually feel like you. This is about coming back to yourself, not becoming someone new. I'm real, I'm grounded, and I genuinely love this work. Bring your weird. Bring the parts of yourself you don't show most people. There's something really lovely about watching someone finally give themselves some grace for all of it. If something here resonates, I'd love to hear from you.
