I have always felt honored and blessed to sit with others while they process traumas, loss, and grief. I come from an attachment-based approach, which truly holds safety and nonjudgemental curiosity to create a space where an individual can explore how their past experiences impact their behavioral patterns and coping skills in the present. I come from a unique set of intersectional identities, as do we all. I am an enrolled member of the Cherokee Nation and hold my culture as sacred. I am also part of the LEO culture, which brings its own unique set of pride and challenges. By exploring how we live within our own identities, I believe we find balance. Life is ever changing. With each shift, we must adjust to how we treat ourselves, as well as those around us. When we are in certain careers or family structures, we often operate from mere survival. Allow my space to be where we can explore healthier coping skills and increase positive connections to both yourself and others in your life.
