Sometimes you know something doesn’t feel right, but finding the words to explain what you’re experiencing can be difficult. You may feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that are hard to understand or change. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships. I believe a trusting and meaningful therapeutic relationship is central to this process. I strive to create a calm, supportive environment where you can explore not only the challenges bringing you to therapy, but also the experiences and patterns that may be shaping how you feel, relate to others, and navigate the world around you. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what you want to change before beginning therapy. Together, we can work toward greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and more meaningful, lasting change.
