Hi! I'm Brooke. I became a counselor because I believe profoundly in the human capacity for healing and renewal. We all experience seasons where the weight of life feels too heavy to carry alone. Whether you are navigating a painful transition, untangling deep-rooted trauma, or simply feeling lost in your own story, my goal is to provide a warm, non-judgmental sanctuary where we can explore those places together. I enjoy working with teenagers and young to middle aged adults and getting to connect with them and know them as individuals. I believe healing begins with feeling truly heard. My approach is compassionate and collaborative — I encourage you to take an active role in your growth while feeling supported every step of the way. I help people navigate life changes by focusing on rebuilding through new routines and a renewed sense of identity. Whether you're in the middle of a divorce, struggling with anxiety that won't let up, or carrying trauma that's shaped who you've become, I want to help you find your footing again. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years studying the science of psychology and human behavior. What I learned in the classroom paled in comparison to what I've learned sitting with real people in real pain — and watching them, again and again, find their way through. In our work together via online sessions, you can expect me to show up as a real, grounded human being. I don't believe in sterile, clinical approaches; I believe in connection, compassion, and collaborating with you to rediscover your resilience.
