I work with individuals ages 16+, couples, and families who are seeking deeper self-understanding, healthier relationships, and meaningful change. I offer a warm, thoughtful, and collaborative space where clients can slow down, feel deeply understood, and explore what’s been shaping their inner world and relationships. I am especially supportive of those who feel stuck in familiar emotional or relational patterns, are navigating identity questions, relationship challenges, shame, or moving through major life transitions, and who want to feel more connected, empowered, and able to thrive. I specialize in working with shame, low self-esteem, perfectionism, relationship conflict, and complicated grief. My approach is relational and attachment-focused, informed by psychodynamic therapy as well as practical tools from DBT, CBT, trauma-focused care, and systems work. I tailor therapy to each client’s needs while keeping the work collaborative. At the heart of my work is building empathy, understanding, and a sense of safety. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and less alone in what they are carrying. If you’re curious about therapy or wondering if we’d be a good fit, I welcome you to reach out and begin that conversation.
