Introduction

I have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for more than 25 years, and have helped individuals, teens, and families navigate some of the most challenging mental health issues. I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), a mindfulness and evidence-based treatment. I work to help individuals and couples manage the challenges they face and build the lives they want to live. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I believe people do the best they can—and with the right skills and support, they can do even better. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship instability, self-harm, grief, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a structured, compassionate path forward.
