I am a retired Army counselor who received a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Maine in Orono in 2007. I have been working in the mental health field since 1979 and am currently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and Certified Clinical Supervisor. I am trained in CBT, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Eye Movement and Desensitization Therapy (EMDR).
