Hi, I’m Bruria, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I believe mental health care should feel supportive, collaborative, and personalized, not rushed or judgmental. My goal is to create a warm, comfortable space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful progress. I work with patients navigating anxiety, mood concerns, ADHD, life stressors, and emotional overwhelm, and I value building genuine therapeutic relationships along the way. My approach to care is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I believe the best treatment comes from truly understanding the person as a whole, not just their symptoms, and creating a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and individualized. I combine medication management with therapeutic support, education, and practical strategies to help clients feel more balanced, understood, and in control of their mental health. I have a special interest in anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, stress/burnout, and helping high-functioning individuals who may feel overwhelmed behind the scenes. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, mood concerns, stress, burnout, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients are people who are used to carrying a lot for others while quietly struggling themselves, often feeling exhausted, stuck, disconnected, or unlike themselves lately. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. Together, we focus on building practical, personalized strategies through thoughtful medication management, therapeutic support, and collaborative care to help clients feel more balanced, confident, and hopeful moving forward.
