I feel that many people are often concerned with the unfortunate stigma of mental health and do not seek the supports to help them live fully developed and fulfilling lives. I believe that everyone deserves to have someone in their lives who can help cut through all of the thoughts and habits holding them back and become the best possible version of themselves. I have experience working in adult hospital psychiatric units, adolescent group homes, and acute crisis care for children, teens, and families, as well as school and court referred assessments. I specialize in solution-focused care, behavior modification, and family and social issues, including parenting skills. I also have a particular interest in helping young adults develop and excel in their own identified role as members of their families and communities, be it social, occupational, or relationship settings. I find the greatest success with those who are willing to take leaps of faith to better themselves, especially when they know they don't have to jump alone.
