Introduction

Bryan is trained in levels 1-3 of the Gottman Method which focuses on couples. Utilizing the Gottman method, Bryan has helped scores of couples develop, improve, and heal in their relationships. In addition, Bryan successfully works with individuals, specifically adolescents 16+, and with clients needing sports-focused therapy to enhance their performance through mindset training. ​Bryan brings a wealth of experience beyond counseling, including roles as a youth pastor, an officer and administrator in the juvenile justice system, director of residence life at a university, a high school athletic director, and coach of a state champion high school basketball team. Bryan believes that everyone deserves the opportunity for personal healing and growth, as well as guidance in navigating life and fostering the best possible interactions in their most important relationships. He is passionate about supporting individuals and couples in their journey towards relationship improvement and strives to help them live their best lives together. ​
