Introduction

Hello! I'm Bryant Wilson, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and the founder of Secure Together Counseling. My passion for helping people build healthier, more secure relationships comes from both my professional training and my personal experiences. I created Secure Together Counseling with the belief that everyone deserves relationships built on trust, connection, authenticity, and emotional safety. I specialize in working with adults, couples, and consensually non-monogamous relationships navigating communication challenges, relationship conflict, attachment concerns, intimacy, identity exploration, and life transitions. My approach is rooted in attachment theory and is collaborative, affirming, and tailored to each client's unique goals and experiences. Whether you're seeking to strengthen your relationship, heal from past experiences, improve communication, or better understand yourself, my goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where meaningful growth can happen. Together, we'll identify patterns that no longer serve you, build healthier ways of connecting, and work toward creating the relationships—and life—you want. Taking the first step toward therapy isn't always easy, and I appreciate the trust it takes to reach out. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing, connection, and lasting change.
