Introduction

Hello, I'm Bryce Taylor, M.S., LMHC, LPC, a licensed mental health counselor and professional counselor with over 11 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges. I specialize in working with adolescents, teens, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, trauma, and substance use issues. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and other evidence-based interventions to help clients develop practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and achieve meaningful personal growth. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of settings, including schools, outpatient mental health programs, telehealth services, home-based counseling, and intensive treatment programs. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives. I believe that seeking support is a sign of strength, and I am committed to helping clients build resilience, overcome obstacles, and move toward their goals with confidence and hope.
