You do not have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You just have to be willing to start. I work with teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, identity concerns, life transitions, anger, abandonment wounds, attachment issues, career stress, and the emotional weight of complex or rare health experiences. My style is warm, honest, collaborative, and direct. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up fully, be challenged with care, and learn how to better understand yourself, your patterns, your emotions, and your relationships. I use an integrative approach that may include CBT, behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, family/marital therapy, sex therapy, coaching, and culturally responsive support. I am especially passionate about supporting men, LGBTQIA+ clients, multicultural communities, and individuals who have often felt misunderstood, overlooked, or forced to carry too much on their own. Whether you are trying to heal from the past, manage your emotions more effectively, improve communication, strengthen your relationships, adjust to a major life change, or simply become a healthier version of yourself, therapy can be a powerful place to begin.
