Introduction

In my practice, I operate under the assumption that you are the expert of your own life. Therefore, there already exists in you a piece that knows exactly what you need. What I offer is a safe space to look for that version of self; a space in which all forms of thought are able to be welcomed and explored without judgement. How would it be if your emotions were allowed to serve as important signals; if there was room for radical self-compassion even within hard feelings? I support individuals and couples to better attune with themselves and each other in order to face hard truths and make the meaning changes they want to see. I use a variety of modalities including EMDR, Somatic, & Gottman's Couples therapies to support clients in meeting their treatment goals. In our work together, clients are invited to explore their nervous system; their internalized messages of safety and control; and the experiences, thoughts, and assumptions that shape their reality. I am currently accepting new clients for telehealth, including morning and late evening appointments. I am happy to offer a free 15 min consultation call to discuss your goals for therapy and see if we might be a good fit.
