Introduction

I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Perinatal Mental Health Certified therapist who believes meaningful therapy begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported. With over 8 years of experience in outpatient mental health, including community mental health and primary care settings, I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges and life experiences. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Southern Maine in 2017 and take a compassionate, collaborative approach to helping clients better understand themselves, build effective coping strategies, and create meaningful change. Through Tranquility Counseling Services, LLC, I offer both in-office and telehealth appointments, with a free 15-minute consultation for those considering taking the first step toward therapy.
