Finding a therapist who feels like the right fit can be an important part of creating meaningful change. I work with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship and attachment concerns, identity, life transitions, and experiences that can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves or others. My approach is trauma-informed, affirming, relational, and grounded in the belief that healing grows through safety, connection, and community. With more than 15 years of experience in behavioral health, I draw from attachment theory, developmental science, somatic approaches, and other evidence-informed practices to understand each person within the context of their relationships, experiences, identities, and environment. Therapy with me is collaborative and curious—we work together to understand patterns, build on existing strengths, and develop ways of responding that support greater safety, connection, and choice. I welcome clients across identities and experiences and am committed to providing inclusive, LGBTQIA2S+ affirming care. Whether you are addressing something that has happened recently, carrying experiences from the past, or simply recognizing that something in your life needs to change, we can begin by identifying what matters most to you and what you would like therapy to help you move toward.
