Introduction

I believe therapy should work and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. I specialize in providing therapy services to adolescents and adults — from age 12 through adulthood — helping them break free from the cycles of OCD, trauma, addiction, and emotion dysregulation that can make life feel impossibly small. I currently contract to provide therapy services with the Hope Collaborative in Omaha, bringing that same focused, evidence-based approach to every client I work with. I’ve seen firsthand how these cycles take hold, and that personal understanding shapes everything about how I work. I don’t believe in sitting quietly while you spin in circles. I’m direct, I’ll gently call you out when I see you getting in your own way, and I’ll also laugh with you when the moment calls for it — because healing doesn’t have to be humorless. My approach is deeply collaborative and interactive. You are the true expert when it comes to your own life experiences and unique circumstances; I bring the tools, techniques, and a fresh perspective to the table. Together, we work side by side to build a meaningful path forward, one that genuinely fits your individual needs and aspirations. Clinically, I’m trained in evidence-based treatments that have real track records: Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Prolonged Exposure and Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing, among others. I also work with eating disorders, sleep difficulties, and recovery support through SMART Recovery principles. If you’re ready to work with a therapist who will be honest with you, work hard alongside you, and celebrate when you make progress — I’d love to connect with you and support you on your journey.
