Perhaps you’re ready to feel more comfortable in your body, understand yourself with greater compassion, or change patterns that no longer serve you. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. I work with children, youth, and adults supporting clients navigating a variety of challenges including daily stressors, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, life transitions, bullying, and neurodivergence. I’m especially passionate about helping people with body image concerns and disordered eating build a more compassionate relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves. Together, we’ll explore what truly matters to you, build on your strengths, and work toward desired changes that feel meaningful and manageable to you. My goal is to offer an inclusive, affirming, trauma-informed space where you can feel heard and respected without pressure to have everything figured out. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Health At Every Size®, body neutrality, and intuitive eating. Depending on your needs, I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I also incorporate play with youth and art with clients of all ages, offering creative ways to express feelings and explore experiences when words are hard to find. You don’t need to become someone else to deserve care. Wherever you’re starting, we can take the next step together!
