I work with adolescents (15+) & adults who are seeking greater self-understanding, meaningful change, and a deeper connection with themselves. My clients are often thoughtful, growth-oriented individuals who want to better understand their experiences and create a more intentional relationship with themselves and their lives. Many people come to therapy when they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. They may be navigating difficult emotions, major transitions, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer feel helpful. They are looking for support, clarity, and a space to process what they are experiencing. I offer individual therapy and Walk & Talk Therapy with a warm, holistic approach that honors the connection between mind and body. As a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), I integrate mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic practices alongside approaches like ACT, CBT, and self-compassion to support self-awareness, emotional growth, and lasting change. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel vulnerable, and you don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. I believe therapy is a space to slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with yourself. My hope is to offer a compassionate presence where you feel seen, heard, and accepted as you navigate your own path.
