I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, with a special passion for supporting women and mothers—particularly those navigating postpartum challenges and life transitions. I believe a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful work, and I strive to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout your journey. I take a supportive, down-to-earth approach to therapy, meeting you where you are and creating a space that feels safe, comfortable, and free of judgment. I draw from a blend of person-centered, psychodynamic, CBT, and DBT approaches, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. I often incorporate mindfulness practices to support self-compassion and deepen your connection with yourself. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, exploring new places, and trying new foods. I’m also a firm believer that a spontaneous dance session can be surprisingly therapeutic (I highly recommend it!).
