Introduction

I’m a Board Certified Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) helping patients in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I specialize in working with adults who have experienced trauma in childhood. If you feel you have difficulty managing your emotions, often feel anxious and have difficulties in relationships, it’s possible that your mind and body are responding to what has happened in the past. Through collaborative exploration, I help adults identify and change patterns of thoughts, emotions and behaviors that are causing current difficulties. I graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2019 with a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling and became independently licensed in 2021; shortly thereafter I launched my own private practice. I am board certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors and am a member of the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) and the Massachusetts - MAMHCA. I am also a member and mentor for the Massachusetts Association for Psychoanalytic Psychology (MAPP). I am dedicated to providing the best care possible and am constantly learning from trainings, other therapists, and my patients.
